संसद के मानसून सत्र में सोमवार को राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण चर्चा हुई. राज्यसभा में धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा के दौरान पंचायत वेब सीरीज का भी जिक्र हुआ और बिहार में आरक्षण का मुद्दा भी उठा. RJD सांसद मनोज कुमार झा ने सदन में ECI पर एक सर्वे के आधार पर कमेंट किया. वहीं आरक्षण के मुद्दे पर उन्होंने बिहार सरकार को चैलेंज किया और कहा हम कोर्ट जाएंगे.
